Real support for life’s heavy moments

Welcome to BC Wellness, Inc.
Our mission is simple: People over productivity.
As a former outpatient Clinic Director, I saw firsthand how high clinician burnout and rapid turnover disrupt deep therapeutic work. I founded this group practice to change that. BC Wellness is a comfortable, sustainable space where exceptional therapists have the freedom to focus entirely on their clients—allowing you to walk your healing path with the same trusted professional from start to finish.

FAQs

What can I expect the first session?
It is completely normal to feel nervous or hesitant before your first session! Please know that you do not need to walk in with a perfectly prepared script or a clear list of goals. The first session is simply a slow, gentle conversation to help us get to know each other and see if we feel like a good match.
How long are therapy sessions?
Standard individual therapy sessions are typically 55 minutes long. We usually meet weekly while we are getting to know each other and defining what you would like to work on. Moving forward, session frequency is a collaborative decision that you and your therapist will make together. We want therapy to fit seamlessly into your life, so please let us know what works best within your schedule.
Can I meet while I am driving home from work?
While online therapy offers incredible convenience, it still requires the same focused attention and privacy as an in-office visit. We require all clients to be in a stationary, private, and secure location during their sessions for three critical reasons: safety, confidentiality and quality of care.
What if we aren't talking about the things I need to talk about?
Please tell your therapist directly! Therapy is your collaborative space, and you are the expert on your own life. Sometimes, therapists focus on a specific goal or pattern they notice, while your immediate needs may have shifted. Bringing this up is not rude—it is actually a very normal and highly valuable part of the therapeutic process.
"No one has it all figured out. Going to therapy doesn't mean you're broken; it means you're human and you're choosing to take care of yourself."
— Selena Gomez
