Upcoming Group Therapy Events

                                                                              Unstoppable Minds Series

Our 1st annual back to school group for ages 8-12. We will be focusing on emotional readiness for returning to school including:

• Coping with stress and anxiety before it gets overwhelming

• Learning strategies to make new friends

• Using music, art and play to develop confidence and positive self-esteem

• Learning from peers in a safe group setting

• ​

There will be two sessions for 1.5 hours. The first session will be on Saturday August 22nd at 11am and the second session is on Saturday August 29th at 11am.

**Accepting BCBS, Mass General Brigham Commercial, Tufts Commercial, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna and Optum insurances.

 

Everyone will leave with concrete strategies to cope with stress and some fun school supplies.

 

*Snacks and water will be served for all participants.
